Josie created this 15-minute guided exercise (it can be used as a meditation or journaling session) to help you design your dream life. You will tap into your highest self, and how you want your life to look (in all categories of your life) in one year from now and five years from now. This guided exercise is designed to quickly get you into a high-vibrational state, get rid of limited beliefs, and help you gain clarity on the life you actually want.
