On today's episode, Josie sits down with Olivia Amitrano (better known as Organic Olivia), a clinical herbalist, blogger, and founder & CEO of Organic Olivia, a brand of healing supplements, teas, and tinctures rooted in herbology. Olivia shares her lifelong journey with autoimmune disease and chronic symptoms, and how she evolved her routines and did a lot of inner work to achieve healing. Josie and Olivia also discuss why the root of chronic symptoms can be emotional or previous trauma, how Olivia is currently doing a life audit (just in time for her wedding), and the 101 on herbology—how it works, why it does not contradict modern science, and that is universal to all of us. Additionally, Olivia shares the nine steps she uses to help clients heal their chronic symptoms.
